Description: Pei Wei is a casual offering from the founders of nationwide mega chain PF Chang's. Called an Asian diner, Pei Wei serves a concise menu of inexpensive Asian cuisine in casual digs. The restaurant's interior is like an Asian-tinged Applebee's, with both eat-in and take out available. Food is simple but tasty. The short menu includes noodle bowls and rice dishes with your choice of protein all for under $10. The real standout at Pei Wei though, is the quality. Veggies are crunchy and fresh, portions are large and sauces are flavorful if not wildly unique.
